Time: Islands
After
a mysterious air ship crash lands (thanks to Jake) Finn finds out he
and Susan might not be the last humans alive. Finn sets out on the
adventure of a lifetime to find his origins, but what he finds might
change his view of the whole world forever.
Finn
once thought he was the last human, living in world with vampires,
mutants and his beloved Princess Bubblegum, but along with Jake his
talking dog, Susan the Strong and BMO the talking calculator, they
finally get a chance to find out where Finn came from and who he
really is. As they journey from island to island learn of Finn's
family and how the human race came to destroy the world and created a
world of mutants. The surviving humans now lives on islands
protected by a mysterious 'guardian'. Finn's family may have
destroyed the world ...but Finn will be the one to fix it.
This
was an epic episode(s) for Adventure
Time.
Rarely does the series make sense or explain it's origins, but they
should of made this one into an epic origins movie. Of course the
adventure goes on, but at least we now understand how Finn's
character and world come to be.

LEGO
Nexo Knights: Season 2
The
NEXO Knights
return to save the Kingdom from Jestro and his Book of Monsters. As
Jestro searches for the books of evil the NEXO Knights protect it's
citizen from the army of monsters, but as Book of Monsters get
stronger it has some evil plan even Jestro doesn't know about.
Join
Clay, Aaron, Lance, Macy and Axl as the NEXO Knights protect Kingdom
from the monsters of Jestro. Jestro was once the court jester, but
tired of being laughed at decides to use the Book of Monsters to take
over the Kingdom ...and he will have the last laugh, but really, the
Book of Monster is using Jestro for it's own plans.
This
was another LEGO TV series about knights and monsters. Season 2 was
much more interesting with themed episodes and story, so this show is
on the climb.

Both
releases offer anamorphically enhanced 1.78 X 1 image and lossy Dolby
Digital 5.1 sound, but LEGO
plays more clearly, which is a surprise considering how good
Adventure
has looked and sounded on Blu-ray.
