Two years
after its debut, the British TV series Pulling
finally returned for a second season.

Unfortunately,
the makers seemed to have waited too long and for its Complete Second Season, the show lost its edge. Now the characters had less energy, were less
distinctive, the writing for them had less depth and despite not loosing any of
the original cast members, the chemistry was dulled. The result is that the show is no longer
funny and unless you really land up loving the characters, you will likely
agree if you start from the beginning.
Even if you are a huge fan, you may still be disappointed.
The
anamorphically enhanced 1.78 X 1 image is not as weak as the disc for the first
season, though it has a generic look.
The Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo mixes on all the episodes are well
recorded, edited and clean enough, with some Pro Logic surrounds, but nothing
substantial. Extras this tome only includes
deleted scenes.
