Sportys - Baseball (DVD)

A new
installment in a decent new series about sportsmanship called Sportys, the Baseball chapter (running just over 22 minutes) offers simple
computer animation, but does a decent job of teaching lessons about what games
are really all about, including some that are suddenly more timely with so many
adult scandals. It is child-friendly,
pleasant, quality program with rewatchability for young children, as well as
pro-educational material. Eva Longoria
and Michael Clarke Duncan are among those supplying the voices.
The 1.33
X 1 image was produced in digital video and is fine for what it is, though
don’t expect PIXAR animation obviously, what I did like was the gentle approach
it had with a look that make the images as easy to take as the ideas. The Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo is also good for
what it is, quiet in nature, but well recorded.
Extras include six subsections to further discuss baseball and the DVD
case includes a pullout poster to hang on the wall with Evan Longoria.
