Well, Rules of Engagement – The Complete Second
Season was either going to build on the debut season or be a dud. Like Just
Shoot Me, which went bad after two shows, this show is quickly dying. We covered the first season at this link:

Maybe I
can blame David Spade, but this show flatlines in the early episodes here and
it never gets better. Once again, a
promising series takes the safe route and the TV situation comedy in American
TV dies again. Too bad, because they had
a good cast including Megyn Price, Patrick Warburton and Oliver Hudson, but by
following too many rules, the 15 shows here just get progressively poorer and
poorer.
The
picture and sound are the same as the previous set and the only extras include
bloopers (also not as funny as the last set) and two dumb minisodes that
butcher two better shows from the Sony catalog.
