Attitude For Destruction (Cleopatra/MVD DVD)

This
“film” is an abomination. This was painful to sit through, not because it
was scary or violent, but rather because there was nothing appealing about this
movie at all. Especially if you’re a Guns N’ Roses fan and know the
history of the real band Hollywood Rose. I chose to watch this with a
group of friends to see what we could find entertaining about it and one of my
friends had this to say: “When [breasts] can’t save a movie, throw in a
midget.” Not even a long-haired midget covered in blood and wearing black hot
pants could save this film.
This film
fictionalizes the band Hollywood Rose that would eventually lose its two most
decent members, Axl Rose and Slash, who are terribly parodied in this film, and
takes the band into the realm of satanic sacrifice, zombie/ghost rock stars,
and one really creepy stare to finish off the film. The acting is about the
quality of a fifth-grade play, especially in the female lead, and normally a
no-budget film would find a way to make up for this fact – but not in this
film.
The
question that’s on your mind right now should be “Is this movie really that
bad?” and the answer is yes. Hell yes. Stay away from this movie for the love
of all that is good and holy. The tagline “Rock ‘N’ Roll, Blood, Guts, and Sluts” may seem appealing, but this
is a terrible terrible piece of crap. The film is presented in
widescreen, the sound exists, and there are no extras. Elaboration on any of
that shouldn’t matter because you should never consider seeing this
film.
Please,
think of the children?
