months ago, we covered a DVD about exercise and pregnancy that was not bad with
host Erin O’Brien. It was about

Acacia
has now reissued it in a set with a volume dubbed Postnatal Rescue with O’Brien and husband James Denton are back to
show us what happened after the baby arrives.
She quickly gets back into shape and shows everyone else how. It is a solid program and a worthy companion
to the first. If you need this kind of
program, you might want both discs and not just one.
The
anamorphically enhanced 1.78 X 1 image in both cases is shot on HD video and
has some softness, but looks good otherwise and is adequate for an exercise
program. The Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo
has no surrounds, but is clean and clear enough for the purpose. There are no extras, but the information all
around is plenty.
