Erin O’Brien’s Prenatal Fitness Fix (Acacia)

Pregnancy
is a vital time for any women who intends to carry her child to term. You even see T-shirts that try to have fun
with it that say things like “I’m not fat, I’m pregnant” or the like. You hear about what weight women gain or
loose in the process, but might not have considered exercise during this time.
Host Erin
O’Brien is very experienced in this type of health care and the pre/postnatal field. This program runs an hour and offers chapters
and all kinds of options. Discussions
can be a bit frank, but no matter what, it is important you consult
professional medical persons before actually using this DVD. Otherwise, it is interesting and done well.
The
anamorphically enhanced 1.78 X 1 image is shot on HD video and has some
softness, but looks good otherwise and is adequate for an exercise
program. The Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo
has no surrounds, but is clean and clear enough for the purpose. There are no extras, but the information here
is plenty.
