Sean
(Jesse Williams), a CEO just got away with stealing $5 million
dollars with insider trading information and decides to 'celebrate'
with his friends Mark (Kellan Lutz) and Sylvia (Jess Weixler) ...that
is until a charismatic new neighbor comes knocking at the door, John
(Jamie Bamber). But 'John' turns out to be a con man and holds them
all hostage at gun point all night and 'John; isn't the only one with
secrets and before the night is over, loyalty and relationships will
be tested in Martin Rosete's Money (2016).
Mark
and Sylvia is a young rich couple living in a million dollar mansion,
isolated from everyone ...but truthfully, Mark and Sylvia are broke.
Things all go to hell when John shows up. At first John seems like
the charming European business man and the good looking neighbor next
door ...but he is con man/thief/killer. They end up in a Mexican
stand off, fighting each other for control AND the money all night
long. In the end between the truth and lies, secrets will tear them
apart and their true natures will be revived.
This
is a story of greed, lies and charming people. How do rich people
become rich? They steal and kill for money or much less. As they
try to bluff, lie, cheat and steal from one another... unfortunately
all of them are too smart to be 'played'. And there is no thing more
scarier than a charming smiling killer. The cast is one of the
reasons this one works.
The
anamorphically enhanced 2.35 X 1 image and lossy Dolby Digital 5.1
sound are as good as they can be for the format. Extras include
behind the scenes and trailer.
