Frank
(now played by Ed Skrein, replacing Jason Statham) is the Transporter
for any goods, no names, no questions and thats how he likes it; the
best driver that money can buy. He can deliver anything for the
right price, but when his latest client kidnaps his father he must
now work with a gang of gorgeous bombshells to not only free his
father but also from the target they stole from ...the Russian
mafia.
In
Camille Delamarre's The Transporter Refueled (2015), Frank's
work (more often than not) has connections to the underworld and more
than likely illegal he has rules and a code, but this time it becomes
personal when it comes to family. Frank's discovers his newest
client are 3 mysterious blonde bombshells that were former
prostitutes for the Russian mob and have stolen their life saving...
and they want it back. Will Frank have the moves to not only save
his father, protect the girls and still get away?
His car is
his weapon. The Transporter movies are all about a hot shot
driver with mad driving and fighting skills for the right price.
Cool and unshakable, his reputation is legendary, but it all comes
down to a moral question when he decide on to protect his 'package'
from those who would use/abuse them. This is the fourth film in the
series and if you can get over the loss of Statham, you might like it
as much as I did.
The
1080p 2.35 X 1 digital High Definition image transfer is from a
really good Arri Alexa HD camera shoot, while the DTS-HD
MA (Master Audio) 5.1 lossless mix may not be as strong, but is good
enough to further deliver the film. Extras
include Frank Martin: A
Reluctant Hero, Coeur
Brise: Les Femmes of Refueled,
Rocketing from 0-60
and trailers.
