Dax
(Mike 'The Miz' Mizanin) is a heartless loan shark, but lucky for him
after losing his job Santa decides to give Dax a second chance ...a
chance to become Santa's
Little Helper
(2015). Santa sends in Billie the elf to interview and test Dax to
see if he is worthy to become his second-in-command. Through a
series of test, Dax will be tested for his understanding, patience,
honesty, inspiration, and kindness.
After
a lifetime of being a repo man Dax is given one last chance by Santa
Claus to change his ways. Santa secretly sends Billie (a super hot
elf chick played by AnnaLynne McCord) to test his mettle. As Billie
tests Dax (and try to keep him out of her panties) she learns of
Dax's past and why he became so jaded with Christmas. Can Dax
rediscover the spirit of Christmas once more?
This was like a
modern Christmas Carol story with modern values, bit of comedy mixed
in with Christmas magic with elves in skimpy outfits. In the end it
had the odd feel of family comedy, but it also wanted appeal to
adults with sexual appeal, so director Gil Junger makes this work
about as well as can be expected.
The
anamorphically enhanced 1.78 X 1 image is weak, but the lossy Dolby
Digital 5.1 mix is not bad, giving playback a much-needed help.
Extras include the "Ho Ho Ho", introducing Paige, and
Holiday cast and crew.
