Queen
Crab. You know what you're in for.
Reminding
me of better bad B-Movies, Queen Crab utilizes some
traditional stop motion moviemaking techniques but even they can't
save his muck. While it wants to live up to its cool DVD art, it
doesn't quick reach the heights of a Tremors film, with some
of the worst acting in modern memory and a premise as ridiculous as
its title.
In
the plot, a meteor crashes in the country and awakens the mighty crab
who targets a small town as the birth as the birthplace for its new
breeding ground. Which sort of was the premise for Roland Emmerich's
1998 Godzilla film (reviewed elsewhere on this site).
Queen
Crab is presented in standard definition, anamorphic widescreen
aspect ratio of 1.85:1 and a lossy Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track.
Extras
on the disc include...
