Former
golf pro, Hutch McGee after a string of loses (and busting up his
opponent's car) is forced to coach the local kids golf team, the
Little Loopers. There, he learns all over again what does it mean to
play golf, but can he take the worst team of players and turn them
into the No. 1? Before it's all over he'll learn he has more in
common with them than he knows and there is more to golf than winning
in Jim Valdez's Little Loopers (2015).
Forced
to do 1,000 hours of community service, Hutch has to coach the
biggest team of golf losers (not that his own games are going great
either). He rather be playing high risk golf betting big money than
coaching kids golf, but then he realizes the reason why he has been
losing is because he cared only about winning and he forgotten that
golf is supposed to be fun too. As he learns how to teach others,
the kids teach him how to have fun too.
This was like a golf
version of Mighty Ducks. While I am STILL not sure if golf
can be considered a real sport, it is a movie that is good for kids
of all ages. And like all sports movies it teaches not only about
the sport, but also fair play, sportsmanship, teamwork and having
fun. Natalie Imbruglia and Rob Morrow also star.
The
anamorphically enhanced image and lossy Dolby Digital are very soft,
then there are no extras, so expect that so you won't get too teed
up.
