Season
4 of Pretty Little Liars left on the shocking revelation
that Alison and Ezra were alive. Haunted by the mysterious 'A' they
get cryptic messages, threatening to tell their past secrets and
destroy their lives, but when dead bodies start turning up and not
matching to who they were, people begin questioning what is the real
truth behind Alison disappearance and where was she for the last 2
years. The only way to cover up is to tell more lies... but when
even more corpses turn up, it brings up the question ...is 'A' alive
and well?
The
Complete Fifth Season (2014) continues the soapy saga. Aria,
Emily, Hanna, Spencer, and Alison are five of the most hottest and
popular girls of Rosewood, but with return of Alison and the death of
'A' are things really over? But the real truth is 'A' isn't just one
person, it is Mona and her group of lackies who want revenge on the
PPLs (aka Pretty Little Liars, of course). When Mona ends up dead,
the 'A's want to blame the PLLs. Between murderous intentions and
smiling faces, the only way for the girls to survive is to lie and
rely on each other. Yet, who can they trust?
This
series is about mysteries, murder, and girls in tight outfits. And
if you are pretty (and being rich helps) you can almost get away with
anything. In a way it reminds me of Gossip Girls. It is
about girls psychologically torturing other girls through gossip and
social bullying, because it can't be considered a murder if the other
girl decides to commit suicide. The only thing worse than an alpha
girl is a group of alpha girls... on revenge.
