Hinomiya
is a spy and has infiltrated the terrorist organization P.A.N.D.R.A.,
lead by Hyobu Kyosuke. Kyosuke is one of the most powerful psychics
on the planet, he and his organization has been attacking, destroying
and stealing from various governments around the world. Hinomiya's
job is to help take down these terrorist, but when he discovers the
truth ...is Kyosuke really savior of this world ...and he the
terrorist?

(2008), 5% of the world are espers. Kyosuke the most powerful esper
in the world, leader of P.A.N.D.R.A., has plans to destroy the world
to make a world for espers alone. But all his acts of terror isn't
random... to protect espers and destroy organizations that enslaved,
used, abused, and experimented on by governments to turn espers into
living weapons and tools for political gain. Hinomiya is also an
esper, but with the power to nullify other esper's powers, though
eventually realizes he has become a Judas to his own kind by helping
the government not to 'stop' the so called terrorists' but to catch,
control, brainwash and enslave espers. And the dark truth is,
Kyosuke has been fighting all along to free the espers.
People
would always fear those who are different from them, specially if
they have power or abilities they don't have. Government and those
in power would rather kill or enslave them than co-exist with them
(not too different from real life is it?). This anime has an
X-Men-like story in which the heroes are anti-heroes and
fighting against the government and those who discriminate them.
The
1080p 1.78 X 1 digital High Definition image looks great across all
episodes, while we only get lossless DTS-HD MA (Master Audio) 2.0
Stereo for sound, it is fine but one wishes for multi-channel sound
for a change. Extras include clean opening and closing animation and
trailers.
