Yui,
Yuzuko and Yukari are entering high school, and everyone knows high
school are the best years of your life. As they go to school, join
the Data Processing Club, where they cruise the internet, socialize,
play games, make jokes and puns with each other. Yui, Yuzuko and
Yukari are 3 BFFs in high school, otherwise known as Yuyushiki trio
(their name all start with 'Yu'). Yui is the most mature unspoken
leader and voice of conscience when their jokes or pranks go to far.
Yuzuko is the most unpredictable of the three, often with the random
outbursts and jokes.
Yukari
is Yui's childhood friend, she is the innocent airhead friend. They
are guided by their homeroom teacher, which for some reason everyone
calls 'Mom'. Their relationship is centered around the girls
proclaimed love for Yui, and how they will be always together.
This
show reminded me a bit of Azumanga
Daioh,
girls, high school life and short comedy. Each episode was about
high school life and shooting in the breeze with random
conversations. Most of the comedy came from the character making
puns and playing Japanese word games. It lacked an overall plot and
you could of watch the episodes in any order without any problems,
but I really enjoyed it.
Once
again, the 1080p 1.78 X 1 digital High Definition image and lossless
DTS-HD MA (Master Audio) 2.0 Stereo mix are clear, warm and rich, as
usual with Sentai releases. Extras include clean opening and closing
animations and trailers.
