In
the future, the ultimate weapon are time machines, the ability travel
back in time to the tipping point to change the past and
rewrite history. In modern time, Sally Biggs (Alesandra Durham) is a
successful FBI agent, but her secret is her ability to travel back in
time for a few seconds into the past and correct any of her mistakes.
She is investigating a series of paranormal activities, including
the disappearance of her physicist husband. Somehow everything is
tied with her ability, and she is the key to stopping the future war
in Thomas Gomez Durham's 95ers: Time Runners (2013).
Sally
is usually never wrong, never misses her targets, but that due to her
secret ability to turn back time. However, unbeknownst to her, her
ability is being secretly studied and monitored to be abused by the
very agency she works for, the FBI, and they were the reason behind
her husband's disappearance. But even further in the future, she and
her future son become important key figures to saving mankind.
This
film was no Back to the Future nor Terminator, and most
of the film takes place the modern/present time, while the future
setting/character mostly just watched her progress. The time travel
rules in this film was very strict, had many limitations, that they
could only time travel back to the 'tipping points' in the timeline.
The anamorphically enhanced image and lossy Dolby Digital sound make
for a weak combination, while extras include deleted scenes and
commentary.
