Angels
walk the Earth, as they guide, aid and save lost souls. Monica, Tess, and Andrew are angels in
disguise who live and walk with among humans. Monica receives cases from God to help those
who have reached a turning point in their lives; she is often guided by her
mentor Tess and aid by Andrew who is the Angel of Death. Together, they often bring the message of
forgiveness, redemption, hope and love.
The title
says it all, Touched By An Angel is
a wonderful series about how three angels save humans touch and change the
lives of the humans they meet. Most
cases are revolve around Monica, youngest of the trio, often naive and needs
guidance and wisdom from Tess, but her strength lies in her ability to love,
forgive and have faith in God. More
often they are accompanied by Andrew, an angel of death; sometimes he is a sign
of someone who is going to die and take to heaven or is close to death. Together they help people overcome their
problems or even fight against the devil or inner demons. In all the episodes of Season Seven, the angels show who they really are and leaves on a
message of hope and peace.
This is a
great, touching series (no pun intended) to own and is good for all the family,
while it has angels, god and even the devil it is not as much religious but
more like the battle between good and evil on Earth, angels saving humans from
becoming lost souls. No matter of how
bad, hard, or painful life is, there is always hope, a higher path. Each episode focuses on a new human case for
the angels to help. Each case talk about different themes situations in life,
hate, lost, discrimination, death, moral issues, and the everyday challenges of
being human. More often the angels
themselves are also being tested, as they learn god's mysterious ways and
everything works out as long as they have faith. There are no extras and
the 35mm 1.33 X 1 filmed image is as rough as the Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo
sound, because older video masters are being used.
