After the
death of her best friend, Emma an American girl journeys all the way to Ireland
to investigate how Kerry died. Emma
talks and interviews all the townsfolk, but they would rather forget about it
not talk about it, it seems like all the townsfolk are hiding something from
Emma. As Emma gets closer to the truth,
her dreams of Kerry continue to haunt her... it might have not of been an
accident, but murder in Truth About Kerry.
Emma a
spirited American girl comes all the way to a small quaint Irish village to
find what happened to her friend and the last days of her life. An ex-boyfriend, photographer, bartender, and
various townsfolk all seem to have some connection with Kerry, everyone has
their secrets, but one of them is hiding the truth about Kerry. Was it an
affair, jealous lover, local legend or something more sinister? In the end the most innocent one is the most
guilty.
This
movie was like a bunch of older actors trying to play younger roles, an Irish
tale of tragedy and murder. It leads on
the audience to suspect everyone and everyone is hiding something. A village's peacefulness built on ignoring
crime and better not to get involved, their solution murder is found in the
bottom of a whiskey glass. Extras
include interview with director, Ciaran music diary, music video, and trailer.
