Tetsou - The Bullet Man (2009/IFC Midnight DVD)

Anthony is an American working in the busy streets of Tokyo, but after the death of his son, his body starts to undergo a metamorphosis.  His skin slowly becoming iron, guns and various WMD start to emerge from him.  This new being, he wants to catch those who were responsible for his son's murder.  As the shadowy figures in the darkness seems to know about his origins than him and why he is turning into this iron monster, the more frightening thing is they don't seem to want him to stop but continue to change.

After the loss of his son, Anthony beings to feel the situation and realize there is a change going on inside of him.  Soon, that begins to physically manifest his body, his rage and anger are both the trigger and fuel him; another side of him screams revenge at any cost.  Turns out he is an experiment by his father and a mysterious American organization, now brought to light they want to erase any evidence that leads back to them.

This is what I would call a film that has been Americanized, a Japanese story which they replace the main character with Caucasian instead of Asian (all the rest of the characters are usually Asian).  It's a modern sci-fi Jekyll and Hyde story, the man and his demon inside him, the question is always ...which side will win?  The only extra is trailers.
