The
return of the chrome-domed skull masked psycho killer returns. After his most recent kill, ChromeSkull is
almost killed and mutilated himself, but lucky for him his various 'assistants'
is not only able to save his life, but cover up his tracks of his murders. Now three months later, ChromeSkull wants back
in the game, but one of his 'assistant' thinks he no long has what it takes to
be head skull. A deadly competition
begins between master and apprentice to prove who is more gruesome in ChromeSkull – Laid To Rest 2.
After almost dying and losing most of his face, ChromeSkull seeks vengeance
after discovering one of his own is now after his position in the
organization, his protégé feels after cleaning up ChromeSkull's bodies,
destroying all the evidence and killing any surviving witness that
ChromeSkull has lost his edge and his carelessness threatens to
expose the rest of the 'organization'. An internal power struggle goes on as the
police realize their psycho killer is far from dead. May the best killer win.
This film is not for the faint of heart, a psycho killer who enjoys mutilating
young girls bodies. That 'ChromeSkull'
is not just a single man but also a powerful 'organization' that has already
infiltrated every level of government and law; that any evidence or witness
never makes it to court, and any good cops are just more lambs for the
slaughter. The film is basically a gore
fest with incompetent detectives that keep repeating 3 major mistakes, 1) never
save the life of a killer, 2) if evidence is disappearing, you realize a
traitor(s) in your ranks, and 3) never go off alone to hunt a
psycho killer. Extras include audio
commentary with director and co-writer, "A Cut Above: Creating ChromeSkull” featurette, Jump to a Kill feature, outtakes, deleted scenes, and trailer.
