Welcome
to Louisiana,
home to wet and wild creatures of the bayou and Season 3 of Billy the
Exterminator. He'll tackle any thing
nature puts up to him, including alligators, snakes, nest of wasps, and much
more... along with his wacky family, he strives to keep the people (and the
animals) safe and animals out of human homes. There is no pest that is too large or too
small for him to handle.
Billy the Exterminator has been running the Vexcon extermination business for
16 years, an ex-air force sergeant, he teams off with his young brother Ricky
and his dad Bill in various jobs of dealing with wild life. His mom Donnie gets his various jobs and sends
them off. Most of the time some animal
or creature has made way into human homes and now needs to be get rid of, but
what is entertaining about this series isn't as much as the animals but more
how Billy gets rid of these pests.
I would have to say for someone who is ex military, Billy the Exterminator's
appearance has done a complete 180, he looks more like a biker than any
exterminator, but then that is part of his show's charm. He reminds me much of the show Dog the Bounty Hunter (reviewed
elsewhere on this site), but instead of catching bounties he catches animals,
insects and other creatures. Most of the
time he is able to get the larger creatures out without killing them and
relocate them (unless it is rats or insects). Most of the animal wild life is cool and neat
to watch, there are times where it gets icky when he is handling a house full
of rats or cockroaches. Extras include
behind the scenes and featurettes on Billy and his crew.
