back to a blast from the past with Mickey, Goofy, Donald, Pluto and the rest of
the Disney gang. Watch and laugh with
them as the travel around the world, go whaling, swimming, camping or just
playing baseball. Mickey and his friends
will leave you laughing your socks off with their wacky high jinks and goof
ups.
Digitally remastered, restored and re-mixed, each disc has 5 digitally restored
original episodes along with shorter versions. Added on to that are BLAMs, old episodes with
commentary/criticism on how outrageous various characters short comings and a
Re-MICKS, a music video of old Disney cartoons to a modern pop song.
If you love Disney then you will love these DVDs, get a view into the past to
see how it all started, old school cartoons and how they used to be. See the imagination and creativity that
brought the Disney characters to life. I
preferred the original animated shorts to the shorter versions (edited to save
time maybe), the originals with the extra scenes made it so much more
richer, were meant to be seen in their entirety and enjoyable to watch. The 'BLAMs' on the other hand were more like
some pop-street commentary/critic making fun characters, and
then watching the characters in slow-mo or repeat of how disastrous each
of the boo-boos are. The 'Re-MICKS'
are music animation videos done with songs from hit pop
teen Disney bands.
