When a
group of friends get shipwrecked on a deserted island they radio for the coast
guard and wait to be rescued. They
discover an abandoned archeological camp where scientists were digging for
fossils, looking for the missing link between man and animal, but something has
gone horrible wrong, all their material was left behind and where were all
the people? Soon they discover this
creature is far from extinct, but very much alive... and it ain't alone. Half man, and all animal ....and has
a taste for human flesh.
When a
group of scientists discover the missing link between man and ape, the Church
sends a hit squad to destroy the evidence and eliminate the scientists. It was just bad luck for a group of people to
crash land on the island. As bodies
disappear it is evident that they are not alone on the island, these creatures
hunt in packs and are far stronger and faster than any humans. If you can hear, see them, it is already too
late... here man is the prey.
Survive, nothing is can be more simple or horrible when it comes down to it. The horror of being lost in the jungle with
assassins, the horror of your friends taken away one by one to be eaten and
finding them in pieces later. This film
tells the story of a tribe of creatures, let by a single alpha male creature
(oddly no female creatures) and the human survivor(s), despite human
intelligence, technology and weapons, it all means nothing compared to savage
animal instinct... can the final survivor learn in time how to fight/escape
such a creature, much less get off the island? Extras include commentary, behind the scenes
footage and trailer.
