A New Music Series In HD Of Interest
From the
press release is this interesting new concert series we wanted to point out to
our readers after recent HD-DVD and Blu-ray concert reviews have been so well
read:
“On February 16, London Live, the musical jewel of INHD Network’s primetime MOJO
lineup, will kickstart its eclectic 20-show second season of high-intensity
concerts from The Koko Club in London, hosted by British television personality
Joe Mace. The lineup for the series’ premiere is The Killers, Juliette &
The Licks, The Bluetones and Lily Allen. The second episode (Feb. 23) features
Beck, Lupe Fiasco, Razorlight and Cord. Future shows will include a stunning
diversity of talent from My Chemical Romance, New York Dolls, Tim Finn and Jet
to Pink, Charlatons, Wolfmother and more. London
Live is a compact hi-def 30-minute concert blast containing the most
discreet performers in the world in groundbreaking state-of-the-art high
definition, 1080i picture and Dolby 5.1 sound. The series continues every Friday
9 PM and midnight ET*.
Season Two of London Live also kicks off “MOJO Music Night” every Friday,
featuring a variety of music programming including concerts by Coldplay (Isle
Of Wight), Rush (30th Anniversary World Tour), David Bowie (Isle Of Wight),
Kaiser Chiefs (Live At The Fillmore), Korn (Live On The Other Side) and The
Killers (London Live special).
The London Live series is part of INHD's
prime time programming, called MOJO,
with all new original high-def productions made exclusively for the HD
audience. Beyond the musically eccentric London
Live, MOJO’s inherent attitude,
wit and flair for style can be found in shows on cuisine and spirits, high
tech, finance and adventurous travel. MOJO can be seen on INHD
in prime time seven days a week (9 PM to 12 midnight ET/PT), repeating during
other select dayparts. Other programs on the MOJO schedule include Geared Up, Dr. Danger with Dr. Bob Arnot,
Wall Street Warriors, Timeless, After Hours with Daniel, Decades, Three Sheets
and Vegas Open. Look for an announcement of the new slate of originals for
Spring 2007 soon.”
London Live is produced by 3DD Entertainment of London. Series Producer is Dominic Lobo. Executive
Producers are Andrew Higgie and Dominic Saville. Executive Producer for INHD is
Emilio Nunez. Siobhan Graham is Supervising Producer.
